Pebble / cobble characteristics
River pebble / cobble is a hard solid like a goose egg formed after thousands of years of mountain and water impact and water transportation. Its main component is silicon dioxide, and the artificial sand and stone produced by it can meet the requirements of various places for artificial sand and stone.
Advantages of pebble / cobble material: it is hard in quality, strong in compression, and is the main material for producing machine-made sand and stone.
Sand making process of river pebble / pebble
The sand making process of river pebble / cobble can be divided into three stages: coarse crushing and fine crushing, sand preparation screening and sand washing recovery.
The first stage: coarse and fine
The materials are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After screening by the vibrating screen, the coarse crushed materials are transported to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing by the belt conveyor.
The second stage: sand screening
The crushed materials are transported by belt conveyor to the sand making machine for fine crushing, and the finely crushed materials are screened by circular vibrating screen for coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand.
Stage 3: sand washing recovery
For sand with strict powder content requirements, a sand washing machine can be added behind the fine sand, and the sewage discharged by the sand washing machine can be recycled by the fine sand recovery device. On the one hand, the environmental pollution can be reduced, and on the other hand, the sand production can be increased.
